Xênica tells Zenilda about the rumors concerning the ineffectiveness of the medicines distributed by the Foundation, and Ferette’s wife decides to seek out Viviane. Josefa dislikes the new caregiver who will replace Claudia. Arminda tries to prevent Gerluce from leaving, threatening not to hire Helga as Josefa’s caregiver. Leonardo is shaken when Zenilda tells him that she was with Viviane.
