Local adventurer Cameron takes a group of kayakers beneath the ancient sandstone cliffs of Arbroath, then boards Arbroath’s lifeboat to train with the volunteer crew. In the harbour village of Crail, Nick and Damon are breathing new life into a historic hotel. On the Fife coast, retirement has opened up a world of new adventures for Andy and Sharon. While Sharon captures the coastline in watercolour, Andy takes to the skies for a bird’s-eye view.
